Her expertise includes brand strategy and execution, relationship-based business development strategies, multi-unit sales management, business operations, consumer behavior, change management, and corporate culture transformation. She holds a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and a Diversity & Inclusion certification from Cornell. She is an expert facilitator, Prosci® certified Change Management practitioner, and certified DDI® Targeted Selection trainer.
